GUARANTEES:
A guaranteed attendance figure is required (72) hours prior to any function.
This is the minimum guest count Crystal Catering will use for food preparation and billing purposes.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
All staff/servers, on site cooks, party managers, bartenders, coordinating fee and rentals will be an additional charge added to your bill if applicable.

SERVICE CHARGE:
An 18% service charge and local tax is added to your bill.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at least 60 days before your event
Payment in full is required two weeks prior to the catering function. Upon completion of your catering function you will be presented with an itemized statement for guaranteed attendance or actual attendance whichever one is greater.

PAYMENT: Crystal Catering will be happy to create a menu or theme to work with your budget and needs.
